This Privacy Notice and its supplementary provisions (“Privacy Notice”) explain how BeegoBuy (“we”, “us”, “our”) handle your Personal Data when you browse, register an account and place orders on our official website https://beegobuy.com/ (“Platform”), including our self-built independent payment webpage, to complete online shopping services (“Services”).
This Privacy applies to all website visitors, registered members and purchasing customers (“you”).
We process Personal Data based on your explicit consent, contractual performance requirements or legal obligations stipulated under Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as well as our legitimate business interests as a local Malaysian e-commerce merchant.
I. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We collect Personal Data through the following channels, and may combine multi-channel collected data for unified management.
1. Personal Data You Voluntarily Provide to Us
· Complete member registration on our official website or self-built payment page, edit personal profile: full name, Malaysia mobile number, email address, delivery residential address;
· Fill in order information for online shopping: recipient information, invoice requirements, purchasing product records;
· Submit after-sales application: return photos, defect screenshots, refund application descriptions, chat records with our WhatsApp customer service;
· Participate in store promotions, surveys and activities: voluntary filled demographic information such as age, preferred product categories;
· Submit product reviews, feedback and ratings for purchased goods;
· Tick consent to receive store promotional messages via our official WhatsApp line;
· Contact customer service through WhatsApp or email channels.
2. Passive Data Collected During Your Use of Platform Services
When you browse our official website and jump to our self-built payment page to complete checkout via Paydibs, we automatically collect basic device and browsing data through cookies, website logs and technical tools:
· Location information: approximate city location obtained through IP address;
· Transaction information: order amount, payment status, transaction serial number generated via Paydibs payment channel;
· Usage data: pages you viewed on our website and payment page, shopping cart content, click records and residence time;

3. Personal Data Obtained From Authorized Third-Party Partners
We only cooperate with two types of licensed Malaysian service providers: Paydibs Sdn Bhd (licensed payment service provider regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia), and outsourced manpower labour agencies who supply our delivery riders for door-to-door instant delivery.
· When you jump to our self-built payment page to pay, payment information will be processed securely by Paydibs; we will never store complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV and bank credentials on our server;
· We share your recipient name, mobile number and delivery address with our contracted manpower agency solely to assign delivery riders and complete door-to-door order handover. The manpower agency and its riders are prohibited from storing, reusing or disclosing your personal data for any other purposes after delivery finishes.
4. Personal Data of Other Individuals Submitted By You
If you fill in delivery information for your relatives, friends or other recipients when placing orders, you confirm and guarantee that you have obtained full consent from the recipient to allow us to use their name, mobile number and address only for parcel delivery arrangement.
5. Sensitive Personal Data
Sensitive data covered by PDPA includes identity document information, full bank/card numbers, biometric information, medical records and other private content.
We will not actively collect any sensitive financial data from you; all card and bank information is directly submitted to Paydibs on the payment page and never saved by us. If you voluntarily upload identity documents for special after-sales verification, you must obscure redundant sensitive information before submission.
II. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We only use your Personal Data for the following legitimate purposes. If you use our official website and self-built payment page, we may associate data generated under your same account to realize a smoother shopping experience.
1. Provide, Maintain and Optimize Online Shopping Services
· Create, manage and update your member account synchronised across our official website and payment webpage, save long-term shopping cart and historical order records;
· Complete order processing, send order data to Paydibs for payment verification, arrange instant door-to-door delivery via our outsourced rider manpower agency covering Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak;
· Process return, exchange and refund applications and respond to full after-sales demands;
· Verify order authenticity and identify malicious fake orders and fraudulent disputes;
· Automatically send mandatory order status notifications via our official WhatsApp number +60-103962180 (cannot unsubscribe).
2. Platform Security and Risk Prevention
· Verify identity during account login, password modification and sensitive information change to prevent account theft;
· Identify abnormal order and payment behaviors to reduce fraud loss, cooperate with Paydibs to screen suspicious transactions;
· Monitor website access security and block malicious access and attack behaviors.
3. Customer Service Support
· Respond to your consultation, complaints and feedback via WhatsApp (+60-103962180) and email beegobuy888@gmail.com;
· Record communication content to fairly judge after-sales and payment disputes;
· Synchronize logistics and payment progress to you in a timely manner.
4. Platform Research, Testing and Upgrade
· Analyze user browsing preferences on our official website and payment page to optimize product layout and checkout flow;
· Carry out website bug troubleshooting, technical testing and function iteration;
· Conduct anonymous data statistics for store operation analysis and product category adjustment.
5. Legal Compliance Purposes
· Retain complete order and Paydibs transaction records to meet Malaysian tax filing and commercial document retention requirements;
· Respond to official inquiries and legal requests issued by Malaysian courts, PDPC and other regulatory authorities;
· Enforce our Website Terms and Policies to restrict illegal user behaviors.
6. Marketing and Promotional Notifications
We will only send WhatsApp marketing messages such as new product notifications, seasonal discounts and flash sales to you if you separately tick to agree to receive promotional content on our website or payment page.
You can withdraw marketing message authorization at any time by replying STOP on our WhatsApp channel or email beegobuy888@gmail.com. After unsubscribing, you will still receive mandatory transaction-related WhatsApp alerts which cannot be cancelled.
7. User Published Content
Any product reviews, pictures and comments you publish on our official website will be displayed together with your public nickname. You can contact customer service to edit or delete your published content at any time.
III. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to irrelevant commercial institutions. We only share necessary information with the following authorized third parties to complete shopping and payment services:
1. Outsourced Manpower Labour Agency (Delivery Rider Provider)
We engage professional manpower outsourcing companies to supply our on-demand door delivery riders. We will only disclose your recipient’s full name, contact number and delivery address to the agency and assigned riders for the sole purpose of completing instant door-to-door handover.
We have signed PDPA-compliant data protection agreements with all manpower partners, which require them to:
· Only use your data for single order delivery;
· Delete all your personal information once the order is fully delivered;
· Not share, resell or reuse your data for marketing, advertising or any unrelated business activities. No payment or account data will be shared with manpower providers.
2. Paydibs Sdn Bhd (Regulated Payment Service Provider)
To complete payment processing and transaction reconciliation, we share your order serial number, total payable amount and registered mobile number with Paydibs. All card/bank sensitive data is directly submitted by you to Paydibs’s encrypted payment gateway; we do not capture or store any financial credentials. Paydibs processes your payment data under its own privacy policy compliant with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations.
3. Website cloud storage and security service suppliers
Only encrypted anonymous browsing data will be shared, which cannot correspond to your real identity information.
4. Legal consultants and Malaysian regulatory authorities
We may disclose your data when receiving formal court orders or official PDPC investigation notices in response to legal obligations.
5. Business successor institutions
If BeegoBuy undergoes acquisition, merger or business transfer, your personal data will still be protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice by the new operating subject.
We will not disclose your personal data to other ordinary website users under any circumstances, and we do not share information with any other payment or marketing service providers besides Paydibs and our contracted delivery manpower agencies.
IV. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We retain your Personal Data only within the shortest period required to achieve the collection purpose, complying with PDPA retention rules implemented since our establishment in 2026:
1. Complete order & Paydibs transaction records: retained for 7 years to meet Malaysia tax retention laws; after the 7-year period expires, all identifiable personal information will be anonymized;
2. Active member account data synchronised on our official website and payment page: stored continuously during your normal login and shopping use of the platform;
3. Inactive account processing rule effective from 2026: if you do not log in or generate any orders for 3 consecutive years, we will send a data deletion reminder email; you can choose to retain the account or apply for full data deletion;
4. Marketing contact information: only stored until you submit an unsubscribe application via WhatsApp or email;
5. After-sales chat records and return attachment pictures: automatically deleted 12 months after the order is closed;
6. Anonymous browsing cookie data: automatically cleared after 12 months of inactivity.
When Personal Data is no longer needed for service or legal purposes, we will perform secure deletion or full anonymization processing to eliminate personal identification attributes.
V. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
All user personal data collected by BeegoBuy is stored on encrypted local servers within Malaysia. Paydibs processes payment data inside Malaysia only. We will not transfer your identifiable personal data overseas without your separate written consent. If cross-border data transmission is required due to special service cooperation, we will fully abide by PDPA cross-border transfer regulatory requirements and inform you in advance.
VI. COOKIES, RELATED TECHNOLOGIES AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Cookies Rules Implemented Since 2026 Launch
BeegoBuy uses cookies on our official website and self-built payment page, divided into necessary functional cookies and optional statistical cookies:
1. Necessary functional cookies: used to save login status, shopping cart data and checkout information across our website and payment page. Disabling this type of cookie will cause core shopping functions to fail and cannot be closed;
2. Optional statistical cookies: used to record anonymous browsing behavior for website optimization, you can disable it through browser privacy settings.
We will not use tracking cookies to collect your data for cross-platform targeted advertising without your consent.
How to Disable Cookies

4. Internal employees can only view masked partial user information, and all data access operations will generate permanent audit logs;
5. Monthly security vulnerability scanning is carried out on website servers to prevent data leakage risks;
6. Strict job-based access authority control: only customer service and finance staff with business needs can retrieve user order data.
Please note that network information transmission has inherent security risks. Although we adopt all mainstream industry protection measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data during online transmission. By using our official website, self-built payment page and Paydibs checkout service, you acknowledge the existing network transmission risks.
VIII. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER PDPA

4. Right to data deletion: apply for permanent deletion of your account on both our website and payment page; tax-mandatory order & Paydibs transaction records will be anonymized and retained in accordance with the law, and other data will be cleared within 7 working days;
5. Right to restrict processing: request us to suspend using your data for marketing activities;
6. Right to data portability: apply to obtain your basic contact and order data in machine readable format;
7. Right of complaint: if you believe we violate PDPA regulatory provisions, you can submit a formal complaint to Malaysia Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
We will verify your identity information before processing all data rights applications to protect your information security. If you refuse to provide necessary personal data required for order performance, we cannot complete your online shopping and payment service normally.
IX. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
BeegoBuy reserves the right to revise this Privacy Notice at any time after our establishment in 2026.
All revised versions will be published on the footer of our official website https://beegobuy.com/ with a new effective date, and the updated clauses will officially take effect 7 calendar days after release.
Your continuous browsing on our website, visiting payment page, account login and order placement after the revision is released shall be deemed that you fully agree to the updated Privacy Notice content.
