Return And Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund We accept returns and issue refunds only for the following valid reasons: Product Defects/Damage: Items received with manufacturing defects, damage, or spoilage (e.g., expired food, broken electronics, contaminated goods). Wrong Item Delivered: Items delivered that do not match your order (wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong specification). Unused, Unopened, Sealed Items: For non-perishable, non-personal items (e.g., sealed snacks, unopened toiletries, unused electronics) returned within 24 hours of delivery, in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to safety, hygiene, or perishability reasons: Perishable goods (fresh food, dairy, frozen items) Personal care items, medicine, and healthcare products (once opened) Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products Pet food and supplies (once opened) Digital products, e-vouchers, and gift cards Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage

3. Refund Process All return requests must be submitted via our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos of the issue and your order number. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for online payments) or as store credit (for COD orders, at your request). No restocking fees will be charged for valid returns.
