Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Guarantee We strive to deliver your order within 30 minutes from the time your order is confirmed, only within the residential communities we operate in. This is a service commitment, not a binding contractual obligation.
 2. Late Delivery Compensation In the event of delivery exceeding the 30-minute target, we reserve the absolute right to offer discretionary compensation at our sole judgment. Compensation may include, but is not limited to, store credit, discount vouchers, or partial refunds. We do not guarantee automatic full refunds, free orders, or any specific form of compensation, and all decisions are final.
3. Delivery Coverage Delivery is only available to addresses within our serviced residential communities. We do not deliver to areas outside our operating zones.
 4. Delivery Time We deliver during our operating hours (please refer to our website for updated hours). Orders placed outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Modification Orders can be modified or canceled only before dispatch. Once the delivery is en route, no changes will be allowed. 
6. Shipping Fees Free 30-minute delivery is available for orders meeting our minimum order requirement. Orders below the minimum may be subject to a small delivery fee.
