This set of Terms and Policies (“Terms”) governs all access, browsing, account registration and order placement behaviour on our official website and self-built independent payment webpage, all copyright and intellectual property rights of all content on the website belong to BeegoBuy, operated by a Malaysian registered retail enterprise founded in 2026.
By visiting our website, registering an account, placing orders and completing payment via Paydibs, you fully agree to accept all clauses of these Terms and our Privacy Notice. 3. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you conduct fraud, malicious bulk order cancellation, fake order generation or other behaviours violating Malaysian consumer laws.
2. Product, Pricing & Order Rules
1. All product pictures, descriptions and prices displayed on https://beegobuy.com/ are for reference only. We will correct price or description errors within 48 hours upon discovery. If orders are generated based on obvious mispricing, BeegoBuy reserves the right to cancel orders and provide full refunds without extra compensation.
2. After completing payment via Paydibs on our self-built payment page, your order is officially confirmed. We will arrange instant home delivery via outsourced rider manpower agency within 1–3 working days.
3. Inventory data updates in real time. If goods run out after you place an order, we will notify you via WhatsApp within 2 working days and process full refunds within 3 working days.
3. Payment Process & Third-Party Payment Provider
1. All orders created on our official website will be redirected to our independent self-built payment page for checkout; we cooperate with Paydibs Sdn Bhd, a payment institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia to process all MYR transactions.
2. BeegoBuy will not collect, store or save your full credit card, debit card or bank account sensitive information. All financial credentials are encrypted and submitted directly to Paydibs secure payment gateway.
3. By jumping to the payment page and completing payment, you consent to necessary order data being shared with Paydibs for transaction verification, reconciliation and anti-fraud inspection in accordance with central bank and PDPA regulations.
4. All payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks shall be handled jointly by BeegoBuy and Paydibs in accordance with Malaysian financial regulations.
4. Instant Door Delivery & Outsourced Rider Manpower
1. BeegoBuy provides on-demand instant home delivery service. All delivery riders are supplied by contracted Malaysian manpower outsourcing agencies, who act as authorized data processors solely for order fulfillment.
2. To arrange door-to-door delivery, your recipient name, phone number and residential address will be shared temporarily with the manpower agency and assigned rider. All manpower partners sign PDPA-compliant data protection agreements requiring them to delete your personal information immediately after order completion.
3. Neither the manpower agency nor delivery riders are permitted to retain your contact information, send marketing messages or leak your personal data after delivery.
4. Delivery coverage includes Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak; separate surcharges apply to East Malaysia as marked on each product page.
